Off-site: customer drop-off n/c, tech pick-up: gas reimbursement - plus service fee.
Service fee: contingent upon issue (ie. custom built computer will cost more than install of DVD burner)
Company originated in 1997 in SW Florida and HQ remains at original site. Mid-west branch established in KY in 2003. All techs have MINIMUM High School Diploma and 10 years 'hands on' experience.
