Service Terms:
Travel expenses for on-site ("housecall") work may be PayPal or in-person (cash, check, money order, cashier's check).
**Due to the nature of build-to-order, all custom built machines will be at cost of individual components; as such, in-person prepay of components is preferred - any additional surcharges or fees (labor, etc.) will be declared up front, on a per-contract basis.
Other than build-to-order or special circumstances, all contracts are due payable upon full completion. Payment arrangements may be negotiated at the descretion of the respective technician.

Operating/Contact hours vary according to assigned technician. Tech's available 7 days a week, excepting major holdays. Tech's available some holiday's by private treaty ONLY
It is not uncommon for malware recovery service to excede 4 hours. Standard OS reinstall eligable for 'same day service.'
